The Role:

We are looking for an HR Generalist with about 2 years of experience in Recruitment to join our team and support the growth of the business through structured hiring processes and people-focused initiatives.

This role is strongly recruitment-driven and requires hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from role definition to hiring, in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from role definition to offer stage (core responsibility);
• Work closely with Team Leaders across different departments to align on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities;
• Manage and continuously improve the candidate and employee experience, including onboarding of new hires;
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key hiring metrics and KPIs;
• Support and coordinate initiatives related to company culture, training, employer branding, and continuous improvement of HR processes, aligned with business growth;
• Provide occasional support in HR administrative tasks, ensuring accurate organization and up-to-date HR information.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter, with solid, hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes;
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
