The role focuses on implementing HR policies, end-to-end recruitment for tech profiles, and driving performance management and employee development within a hybrid model (three days in the office, remaining days remote).

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in roles such as HR Specialist or HRBP with business exposure.
• Proven experience in the technology sector.
• Strategic mindset to advise on talent, organizational design, workforce planning, and decisions.
• Strong experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning for tech roles.
• Deep knowledge of performance management and employee development processes.

We are currently looking for an HR Specialist to support our Portugal team while working closely with the Global Human Resources function, maintaining frequent and direct collaboration with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and drive global Human Resources policies, programs, and initiatives in Portugal.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on technology and digital profiles.
• Execute the company’s performance management and talent development framework, identifying key talent and promoting development, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people management matters, monitoring HR KPIs, and delivering insights to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate on employee relations matters, supporting managers in conflict resolution, sensitive case management, and compliance with local labor legislation and company policies.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles such as HR Specialist, HR Business Partner, or similar positions with strong business exposure.
• Proven experience within the technology sector.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to advise managers and business leaders on talent, organizational design, workforce planning, and performance-related decisions.
• Solid experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning, particularly for technology-related and business-critical roles.
• In-depth knowledge of performance management, talent assessment, and employee development processes.

Languages

• Native Portuguese.
• Advanced Spanish (essential), enabling regular communication and close collaboration with international teams and the Global Human Resources organization.
• Advanced English is considered a strong plus.

This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, operating under a hybrid work model, with three days per week in the office and flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
