Description
- Responsibility for the operation, stability, and continuous development of the Workday HR platform;
- Temporary project management responsibility for the Workday implementation until global rollout completion;
- Definition, prioritization, and governance of the functional Workday global roadmap (releases, optimisations, functional enhancements) in alignment with business and group priorities;
- Establishment and leadership of a Workday global decision-making and governance model;
- Management of HR-related changes, testing, releases, and incidents;
- Steering of external partners, including prioritisation and assessment of change requests;
- Responsibility for test strategy, acceptance criteria, user enablement, and HR approvals;
- Responsibility for a global Workday enablement and training strategy, standards, and documents;
- Responsibility for global HR data models and sustainable assurance of data quality within Workday;
- Ensuring data protection regulations adherence, alongside role and permission concepts alignment with local and global requirements;
- Maintaining close collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification (mandatory);
- Strong knowledge and experience supporting HR systems and processes;
- Min. 2-3 years' experience in HR platform (Workday) setup and operation (mandatory);
- Min. 2-3 years' experience in leading HR or IT projects in an international environment (mandatory);
- Workday certification / training (preferred);
- Highly proactive, structured professional, with strong orientation to excellence and goals;
- Strong change management and organizational design skills;
- Strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Teams tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, Planner);
- Language: Very good English language skills (mandatory); German language skills are beneficial but not required.
