Galitech Online está recrutando um(a) Especialista em Entrega de Serviços de RH para o mercado DACH, baseado em Lisboa, com modelo de trabalho híbrido. Você atuará como ponto de contato para RH em Alemanha, Áustria e Suíça, fornecendo suporte multilíngue e assegurando conformidade com políticas e regulamentos locais.

O papel envolve gerenciar transações de RH, onboarding, verificação de antecedentes e atualizações de dados, com foco em excelência no atendimento e SLA.

Qualificações

  • Formação associada ou bacharel em Recursos Humanos, Administração de Empresas ou área relacionada.
  • 1–2 anos de experiência em HR Shared Services, HR Operations, Customer Service ou suporte administrativo.
  • Proficiência em alemão em nível C1 ou C2 ( escrito e falado ) – obrigatório.
  • Fluência em inglês (falado e escrito).
  • Experiência com sistemas HR como Oracle Cloud, Workday, ServiceNow ou similar.

Responsabilidades

  • Atuar como o primeiro ponto de contato para HR nas regiões DACH (Alemanha, Áustria e Suíça).
  • Apoiar funcionários e gerentes via ServiceCentral ou plataformas similares.
  • Responder a perguntas sobre políticas de RH, folha de pagamento, benefícios, onboarding/offboarding.
  • Assegurar documentação correta de casos e processamento de transações.
  • Cumprir SLAs e padrões de qualidade de serviço.
  • Operações de RH e processamento de transações end-to-end.
  • Gerenciar onboarding, verificação de antecedentes, atualizações de dados, solicitações de emprego, processamento de folha de pagamento, suporte de learning e benefícios.
  • Aplicar regulamentos DACH dentro de processos globais de RH.
  • Garantir conformidade com GDPR e requisitos de proteção de dados suíços.
  • Entrega de suporte em alemão com escalonamento em inglês.
  • Contribuir para artigos de conhecimento em alemão e documentação.
  • Treinar colegas que apoiam processos DACH.
  • Identificar melhorias de processo e colaborar com equipes.

Human Resources Services Delivery Specialist – DACH Market

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Department: Global HR Services Delivery (EMEA)

We are seeking a Human Resources Services Delivery Specialist – DACH Market to join our Global HR Services Delivery team based in Lisbon.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region), delivering high‑quality, compliant, and efficient HR support within a multilingual shared services environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience while maintaining strict adherence to service standards, local regulations, and internal HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR‑related inquiries across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Support employees and managers through ServiceCentral (or similar case management platforms).
  • Respond to inquiries related to:
    • HR policies and procedures
    • Payroll inputs and basic payroll questions
    • Benefits administration
    • Onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Employee data maintenance and HR system updates
  • Ensure accurate case documentation and transaction processing.
  • Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • HR Operations & Transaction Processing
  • Manage end‑to‑end Tier 1 HR transactions including:
    • Onboarding administration
    • Background check coordination
    • Employee data updates and corrections
    • Employment verification requests
    • Payroll input processing
    • Learning administration support
    • Benefits and rewards administration
  • Apply DACH‑specific regulations and procedures within standardized global HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, Swiss data protection requirements, and internal controls.
  • German‑Language Service Delivery:
    • Provide HR support primarily in German.
    • Collaborate internally and manage escalations in English.
    • Deliver culturally appropriate support aligned with DACH business expectations.
    • Maintain awareness of payroll schedules, local regulations, public holidays, and compliance requirements.
    • Assess and triage complex HR inquiries.
    • Escalate cases appropriately to Tier 2 HR teams or regional HR specialists.
    • Provide clear and detailed case handovers.
    • Track escalated cases through resolution to ensure a positive employee experience.
    • Support maintenance of German‑language HR knowledge articles and documentation.
    • Assist in onboarding and coaching colleagues supporting DACH processes.
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and recurring issues.
    • Contribute to FAQs, scripts, and knowledge‑base enhancements.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, Customer Service, or Administrative Support.
  • German language proficiency at C1 or C2 level (written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Experience using HR systems such as Oracle Cloud, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Experience supporting Germany, Austria, and/or Switzerland in an HR or administrative capacity.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working within a multilingual shared services or global business services environment.
  • Exposure to DACH onboarding processes and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Experience operating within compliance‑driven and highly regulated environments.
