Job summary

Organon LLC in Lisbon is seeking a detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our HR Employee Services team. You will support employees on HR topics, collaborate with HR teams, and contribute to a positive employee experience through consistent service delivery.

This role covers lifecycle support, HR systems data integrity, case management, SOP updates, and compliance with GDPR and European labor laws, while driving continuous improvement across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years in HR operations, shared services, or generalist.
• Experience in multinational environment, supporting multiple countries.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding, job changes, and terminations per procedures.
• Maintain accurate HR service records and data integrity.
• Handle employee inquiries via HR case management system.
• Coach and train new team members on HR procedures.
• Ensure SOPs and internal docs are up to date.
• Support GDPR and labor law compliance and documentation.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR partners across countries.
