CNX is seeking a PS Business Partner, Porto-Hybrid, PT C2 + EN B2, People Solutions Generalist I. The role focuses on evaluating and administering HR programs, aligning HR strategy with business objectives, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver HR solutions.

The position requires 2–4 years of HR experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Workday in a hybrid Porto setting. Primary location is Porto, Portugal, with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Experience with HR programs and policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, analyze, and implement HR activities including engagement, compensation & benefits, and talent management.
• Provide consulting to managers on performance, policies, and talent management.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports from HRIS systems.
• Develop and deliver HR solutions aligned with business strategy and values.
