Auto1 Group in Portugal is seeking an HR Administrator to support the People team across the employee lifecycle. You will prepare contracts, maintain records, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and ensure policy compliance.

The role involves collaborating with managers and external partners in a hybrid setup at Carnaxide, with a 9:00–18:00 schedule, and a path towards permanent employment after an initial fixed-term contract.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years HR administrative experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Portuguese required; English fluency (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, update internal databases.
• Support recruitment: post ads, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and managers.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
