Auto1 Group in Portugal seeks an HR Administrator to support HR administration across the employee lifecycle, maintain records, prepare contracts, and ensure compliance with policies and local labour regulations.

The role includes onboarding and offboarding coordination, handling HR documentation, and liaising with managers and external partners to deliver efficient HR services. Hybrid work model with one week per month remote, based in Carnaxide.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
• Support recruitment: post ads, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and managers.
• Handle employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
