Thales, a global technology leader, is seeking an HR Operations Associate for its HR Shared Service Center in the Lisbon area of Portugal. You will be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on HR topics across countries, helping onboarding and data management, and supporting day-to-day HR processes.

Fluency in French is mandatory to support Belgium operations. You will work with international teams, maintain HR systems, and contribute to HR projects and process

Qualificações

• A degree in HR, Management or a related area, or hands-on experience.
• Fluency in French is mandatory for this position.
• Strong communication skills, clear and approachable.
• Detail-oriented with ability to bring structure.
• Enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Confidence using Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related topics
• Support new joiners from offer letter to their first day and beyond
• Keep HR systems running smoothly and ensure data accuracy
• Support international teams with onboarding, mobility and day-to-day HR processes
• Create HR letters, reports and documents that truly make people's lives easier
• Get involved in HR projects and help continuously improve the way we work
