Thales is seeking an HR professional to join its HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR topics and support onboarding from offer letter to day one.

You will ensure data accuracy across HR systems and assist international teams with onboarding and daily HR processes. Fluency in French is mandatory for Belgium operations, and experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.
