Job summary

Allrecruiter is assisting a Portuguese client with a hybrid CEGID HR Learning Specialist (Talentsoft Learning) assignment in Porto. You will configure and support HR Learning modules, operate the Learning Management system, and collaborate with HR, L&D and IT to meet business needs.

Requirements include Portuguese C2 and English B2+, early December 2026 start, and a 6–7 month duration. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles
• Experience with CEGID HR / Talentsoft Learning modules
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise across CEGID HR / Talentsoft Learning modules
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Learning functionalities
• Support administration and evolution of the Learning Management environment
• Translate business requirements into functional configurations and solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and support incident resolution for Learning modules
• Support testing activities including functional testing and UAT
• Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, IT and stakeholders
• Maintain documentation and configuration records
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to internal users
