Thales Group in Lisbon seeks an HR Support Specialist fluent in French to be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on HR topics, supporting onboarding, mobility, and day-to-day HR processes.

You will maintain HR data accuracy, create letters and reports, support projects, and collaborate with colleagues across cultures using Excel, Word and Outlook; prior Workday/ServiceNow experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR, Management or related field, or hands-on experience.
• Fluency in French is mandatory for HR operations in France.
• Strong communication skills, clear, confident and approachable.
• Detail-oriented with ability to bring structure.
• Experience with HR platforms like Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on HR topics.
• Support new joiners from offer to first day and beyond.
• Maintain HR systems data accuracy and quality.
• Support onboarding, mobility and day-to-day HR processes for international teams.
• Create HR letters, reports and documents to simplify employees' work.
• Get involved in HR projects and help improve processes.
