Thales is seeking an HR Shared Service Center professional to support employees and managers across countries. You will be the friendly first point of contact on HR topics and assist during the onboarding journey from offer letter through the first day and beyond.

You’ll keep HR systems running smoothly, ensuring data accuracy and quality, while supporting international onboarding and mobility processes. Proficiency in French and experience with HR platforms are highly valued.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR, Management or related area.
• Fluency in French is mandatory for this position.
• Strong communication skills—clear, confident and approachable.
• Detail-oriented mindset with ability to bring structure.
• Enjoyment in working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Confidence using Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR platforms is a big plus.
