Job summary

TP Portugal is seeking an HR Data Scientist to sit at the intersection of people and technology, redesigning models and tools that power hiring, retention and workforce planning for a diverse workforce of 14,000 employees. You will build data-driven solutions and AI-powered dashboards that inform live business decisions and strategy at senior levels.

Qualifications

Degree or hands-on experience in quantitative field.
3–5 years building data science/ML solutions (HR analytics preferred).
Strong Python and SQL skills with scikit-learn experience.
Hands-on with Databricks or equivalent cloud data science platform.
Experience building and deploying with LLMs via APIs and agents.
End-to-end model development with awareness of privacy and ethics.

Responsibilities

Translate business challenges into predictive models and AI tools for HR decisions.
Design, test and deploy AI-powered HR tools from ideation to production.
Collaborate with data engineering to ensure trusted data foundations with governance.
Shape AI capability roadmap and safe usage standards across HR.
Engage leadership to roll out AI solutions regionally and globally.
