Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Junior Data Scientist to contribute to People Analytics and digital transformation within HR. You will build end-to-end AI models, collaborate with HR and IT, and help identify use cases where predictive analysis adds value. The role emphasizes hands-on delivery and stakeholder communication.

You will work in a hybrid setup at Parque das Nações, joining a team of data analysts and scientists to accelerate data-driven decision making across HR initiatives.

Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Data Science.
• Proficient in Python and ML/DL techniques.
• Experience with HR data and reporting systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build end-to-end AI models and share results with stakeholders.
• Identify HR use cases for predictive, correlation, simulations or classification approaches.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and data science teams in an agile mode.
