Qualificações

• 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Proven relevant working experience as HR Manager in growth businesses.
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, from A to Z (incl. onboarding).
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
