Job summary

Körber is seeking a professional to drive HR data analytics and reporting from Porto, Portugal, connecting SAP HCM with BW and SuccessFactors to optimize workforce planning and forecasting. You will deliver high-quality HR reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Global HR, IT and Finance to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification with extensive HR controlling experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM; SAP BW and SAP SuccessFactors are advantageous.
• Several years of experience in workforce planning and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills at the interface of HR and data models.
• Excellent Excel skills; fluent in English; German knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Your role in our team

• You are responsible for delivering high-quality HR reports whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements
• You integrate and connect various data sources, ensuring consistent data quality to meet complex reporting requirements
• Automating and standardizing routine reporting is part of your role
• You are responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing staff planning and forecasting
• You prepare monthly closing activities and HR related accrual calculations
• You manage authorizations in HCM, in particular the assignment of authorization roles
• As part of your role, you analyze reporting results and derive recommendations for action for HR management
• You work closely with global and local stakeholders, e.g. Global HR, IT, Finance, Compliance and Legal
• You continuously improve and optimize our processes in line with defined standards and guidelines
• In addition, you are involved in HR-related projects

Your profile

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification, as well as extensive experience in HR controlling or related roles
• You have excellent knowledge of SAP HCM, knowledge of SAP BW and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• You have already gained several years’ experience in workforce planning and forecasting
• Basic knowledge of SAP HCM authorization management is desirable
• You are known for your comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong grasp of numbers, particularly at the interface between operational HR work and data-driven models
• The ability to communicate complex issues clearly and in a manner appropriate to the target audience is one of your strengths
• You are fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is an advantage
• You are highly motivated to learn and keen to familiarize yourself quickly with new topics
• Excellent Excel skills round off your profile
