Quinta da Comporta Wellness Boutique Hotel is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping operation and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee the team across guest rooms, villas and public areas, maintain SOPs, and coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments.

This hands-on, luxury leadership role requires a keen eye for detail, discretion and a genuine commitment to hospitality.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Executive Housekeeper, you will lead the Housekeeping operation at Quinta da Comporta and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee the Housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards across guest rooms, villas, and public areas, from daily operations and quality control to VIP preparations and special requests.

You will be responsible for:

Leading, organising and developing the Housekeeping team.

Ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.

Overseeing room inspections, arrivals, departures and turndown.

Implementing and maintaining Housekeeping SOPs and quality standards.

Working closely with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and team development.

Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.

Preparing the department for quality audits and inspections.

You will be the guardian of Housekeeping standards, fostering a culture of excellence, discretion and genuine care for our guests.
