SynerData, based in Almada, seeks a Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for its hotel. You will lead the sales team, develop strategies, and expand client relationships to boost occupancy and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hotel sales management, strong leadership, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. English fluency required; Portuguese a plus. Visa sponsorship available for international candidates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in hotel sales management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of Almada local market trends preferred.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking and lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and event planners.
