Three+ years in hotel sales, a proven target track record, strong negotiation and communication skills, and MS Office proficiency are essential. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of local market trends, competition, and customer needs.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Almada. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue for the hotel. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners to drive business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
