Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration, 3+ years in hotel sales, and excellent English communication, with weekend availability. A competitive base salary of $1600/month plus performance bonuses is offered, with contract-to-permanent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Almada. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. Your main goal will be to drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our hotel's services and amenities.
