We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Faro As the Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy Your main goal will be to drive sales and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve targets and increase hotel revenue
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including travel agents corporate accounts and event planners
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and provide accurate information about the hotels services and facilities
• Negotiate contracts with clients ensuring profitable business for the hotel
• Coordinate with other departments such as reservations front desk and events to ensure excellent guest experience
• Analyze sales reports and data to identify areas of improvement
• Plan and participate in promotional activities including trade shows networking events and familiarization trips
• Train and motivate the sales team to meet targets

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
• Must be willing to work flexible hours

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus commission based on performance Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates
