The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hotel sales, strong leadership and communication, fluency in English, and familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team toward achieving goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
