Silversea is seeking an experienced hotel operations leader for onboard luxury cruise operations. The role focuses on delivering Forbes 5-star service culture across multi-outlet environments with strong guest-experience leadership.

Candidates should bring 6–8 years in luxury hotel operations, at least 5 years in management, and fluent English. Cruise industry experience is an asset but not mandatory; additional language skills are welcome.

• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and guest experience focus
• Cruise line experience is an advantage but not required
• Excellent fluent English (verbal and written); additional languages are assets

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for all aspects of hotel operations to ensure optimum guest satisfaction and a welcoming, efficient guest service experience
• Embrace Forbes Standard and train crew to meet Forbes 5-star requirements and ship readiness
• Resolve onboard challenges and ensure issues are solved onboard
• Lead daily morning meetings, mentor heads of departments, identify training needs and talent development
• Participate in weekly public health inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed

Description du poste

• Proven 5* Luxury experience required with minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in luxury hotel operations/luxury atmosphere and service culture (multi-outlet) and at least 5 years at a management level.
• Strong leadership skills, Attention to details and exceptional Guest experience focus
• Previous cruise line experience is an advantage, but not limited to experience in luxury hospitality, and other service-driven industries.
• Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). Conversational skills in additional languages are considered an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Takes responsibility for all aspects of hotel operations to ensure optimum guest satisfaction through a welcoming and efficient guest service experience and foster crew friendliness
• Forbes Standard: Embrace and Aspire to be Forbes 5 star
• Forbes standard training: Crew are fully made aware of Forbes standard requirement and ship ready for possible inspection
• ATRI – Ability to resolve challenges onboard and all issues are solved onboard
• Daily powerful and inspiring Morning meeting Mentors and supports Heads of departments, identifies training needs, and talent development
• Actively participates in weekly public health inspections and ensures corrective actions are completed
