A leading cruise line is seeking a Director to manage ship operations and maximize guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Hotel Director or General Manager in a high-standard hotel, demonstrating effective leadership in maintaining operational efficiency and financial performance. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction and managing inventory according to operational requirements. This is a contract position based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience as Hotel Director or General Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Guest services shipboard experience is advantageous.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively manages overall ship operations and guest experience.
• Achieves the highest levels of guest satisfaction under all circumstances, through effective responsiveness, follow through and the team’s ability to resolve issues.
• Ensures all inventory levels are appropriate per targets and operational requirements.
• Responsible for overall hotel department financial performance (expenses/revenue).
• Actively displays a business ownership mentality when developing tactical plans to achieve financial targets.
• Works from an entrepreneurial perspective to develop and implement new ideas for revenue and to improve operational efficiencies.
