MGM Muthu Hotels is seeking a Treasury Executive to support the Group's treasury management, ensuring effective control of financial operations, cash flow management, and the preparation of reports to support management decision-making.

We require experience in treasury or corporate finance, fluency in English, advanced Excel skills, and strong knowledge of banking operations to manage cash flows and banking relationships across the Group.

Qualificações

• Experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support centralized treasury management and monitor the Group's cash position.
• Manage and reconcile intercompany financial flows.
• Ensure and control domestic and international banking operations.
• Monitor financing agreements, loans, credit facilities, and bank guarantees.
• Manage short-term investments and cash surpluses in line with financial policies.
• Prepare financial and treasury reports.
• Collaborate on projects to improve financial processes.
• Support the Corporate Finance Department with various Group projects.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Treasury Executive to support the Group's treasury management, ensuring effective control of financial operations, cash flow management, and the preparation of reports to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support centralized treasury management and monitor the Group's cash position;
• Manage and reconcile intercompany financial flows;
• Ensure and control domestic and international banking operations;
• Monitor financing agreements, loans, credit facilities, and bank guarantees;
• Manage short-term investments and cash surpluses in accordance with the Group's financial policies;
• Prepare financial and treasury reports;
• Collaborate on projects to improve financial processes;
• Support the Corporate Finance Department with various Group projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting;
• Knowledge of treasury management, cash flow, and banking operations;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools;
• Good knowledge of electronic banking platforms;
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Strong analytical and priority management skills.
