Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a Customer Support agent who will assist SMBs across chat, email, and phone, helping them grow on the platform and navigate self-serve advertising tools. You will provide pre- and post-sales support, share product insights with engineering, and identify trends to improve the client experience.

Fluency in Hebrew is required, plus strong English, and EU/Portuguese residence is needed.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) at C1 level or higher.
• Professional English (B2) level.
• Residence in Portugal (Portuguese residence card) or EU passport.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to SMBs across chat, email and phone.
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in online advertising.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products.
• Provide product and tool support to improve client experience.
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
• Provide vital product insights and feedback to engineering.
