Cross Border Talents, an international employer based in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join their Hebrew-speaking team on-site.

The role is front-line support: field questions, solve problems, and ensure customers leave the conversation satisfied. Fluent Hebrew and solid English required; prior customer-facing experience is a plus.

You will work with international employers across markets, with support throughout the process from application to onboarding.

Qualificações

• Fluent Hebrew and English required.
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Recognize when escalation is needed versus direct resolution.
• Follow up on open cases to prevent delays.
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment.
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they’re frustrated.
