TP in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Social Media to support SMBs across chat, email and phone. The role involves expanding the self-serve advertising base and providing pre/post-sales support to improve client experiences.

You will work with a cross-functional team, handle technical issues, and deliver value by identifying optimization opportunities. The position includes health insurance, meal allowances, relocation support, and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• EU citizen or with valid work permit for Portugal.
• Hebrew (C2) proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• Good knowledge of English (C1).
• Basic computer skills; coding is a plus.
• Be empathetic and helpful.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Soft-skills for de-escalation when needed.
• Fast learner and adaptable.
• Availability Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to SMBs across chat, email and phone to help them grow.
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in online/digital ads.
• Provide pre and post-sales support to enhance client experience.
• Identify and solve problems, such as technical bugs and ads delivery issues.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and proactively report progress to clients.
• Pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of solutions.
• Provide product insights and feedback from customers to engineering.
