Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services. You will assist via phone, email, chat and other digital channels to ensure a smooth experience from initial contact to resolution.

You will record interactions in internal systems, collaborate with internal teams, and stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to continuously improve

Qualificações

• Fluent in Hebrew (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive mindset; eager to learn in Travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, personalized support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products and services.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Resolve questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently with a customer-focused approach.
• Assist customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Record interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify recurring concerns and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Stay up to date with products, services, policies and procedures.
