CloserHire is recruiting Hebrew-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a digital advertising project in Lisbon. You will handle B2B support for SMB advertisers, resolve issues, guide clients on using advertising tools, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role is full-time, on-site with rotational shifts, and includes training. Fluency in Hebrew and strong English, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills, are essential in a multicultural environment.

A working week in Lisbon, Portugal, in Hebrew. 1478.16 € with accomodation + SB 1K€ +.

A typical day

You'll spend most of it on support advertisers across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone, convert most email and chat cases into outbound calls to provide personalized, white-glove support, provide pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service products, assist clients with troubleshooting, reporting bugs, and using platform features effectively, identify trends and solve problems affecting multiple SMB clients, and manage multiple tools simultaneously and perform multitasking efficiently.

Less often, you'll also ensure timely resolution of inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with native or fluent, hebrew (C1/C2) with good English skills, strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer-focused, empathetic, and professional, comfortable using multiple digital tools and platforms, ability to handle high-volume queries and multitask effectively, and previous experience in customer support, technical support, or digital advertising support is a plus.
