Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Customer Service Engineer Trainee for the Algarve region. • Degree in electronics or electrical engineering or related field.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsabilités

• Support the planning and preparation of installation sites.
• Support the preparation and installation of equipment at customer sites.
• Support the integration of equipment into the customer’s IT infrastructure.
• Support user training.
• Maintain close contact with customers and provide support in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Liaise with the Back Office team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
