Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Portugal to install, maintain and implement FCO for medical devices across modalities. You will act as an ambassador, deliver technical service with a focus on First Time Right, and coordinate activities with the customer care center while following regulatory guidelines.

You will work with a team in Portugal, reporting to the Area Service Delivery Manager, and enjoy a hybrid model with opportunities to develop technical skills in a multinational

Qualificações

• Degree in Biomedical or Electrotechnical engineering.
• Strong customer-first attitude and collaborative work style.
• Excellent communication, autonomy and proactive ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide installation, maintenance and FCO implementation of medical devices.
• Coordinate service activities with the customer care center and follow regulations.
• Troubleshoot using remote/onsite diagnostics and service information, ensuring First Time Right.
• Work as part of the Customer Service delivery team in Portugal with hybrid work model.
