You will partner with our Media Buyer to define who we speak to, craft messages, and own creative development from research to final export, in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment. Qualifications

• At least 1 year in creative strategy, consumer insights, UX/market research, or paid social content (ideally in DTC).
• Curious, fast-moving, and able to treat underperforming ads as learnings.
• Ownership mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative development process from research to briefing, production feedback, launch, and iteration.
• Turn customer insights and product benefits into compelling creative angles for the target audience.
• Write persuasive hooks, scripts, headlines, and CTAs for paid social, especially Meta.
• Create briefs for video editors, designers, and UGC creators covering message and visuals.
• Analyze performance to understand what worked and why; track trends and competitor activity.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and ideation without compromising quality.
