SOVA is expanding into Spain and seeks a Co-founder to lead this strategic drive from our Lisbon office. You will shape the Spain market strategy, build scalable operations, and translate early traction into sustained growth using SOVA's proven playbook.

Based in Lisbon, you will work closely with the founders, establish partnerships with healthcare professionals and online communities, and recruit the future Spain team as the market scales.

Qualificações

• 3~5+ years of experience in strategy, e-commerce growth, or general management roles.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish market (consumer/health-wellness or e-commerce experience a plus).
• Fluency in Spanish & English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute SOVA's go-to-market and expansion strategy for Spain.
• Define pricing, positioning, and channel priorities for the Spanish market.
• Lead localization of content, brand voice, and partnerships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Own online customer acquisition and retention strategy for Spain with the Growth team.
• Build and manage local distribution and retail partnerships where relevant.
• Recruit and lead the future Spain team and coordinate with founders and central teams.
• Report on market performance and refine strategy based on results.
