Job summary

Allianz Services Portugal is seeking a Head of Service Delivery to lead the Shared Services Center across Legal, Compliance, Data Protection, Financial Controlling and UAT testing. Drive operational excellence, regulatory alignment, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with Allianz Services Portugal leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law or related field.
• Proven experience leading teams or SSCs in Compliance, Financial Controlling or Data Protection.
• Knowledge of GDPR, LGPD and related regulations.
• Experience with data analysis and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Transformational leadership with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to align SSC operations with Allianz's goals, ensuring efficient service delivery, quality, and compliance.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance, driving talent development.
• Ensure SSC activities comply with regulations, including Compliance, Data Protection and Financial Controlling; oversee audits and risk mitigation.
• Identify and implement process automation and improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile; ensure system reliability through UAT processes.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, report on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, integrating advanced technologies to enhance service quality and efficiency across SSC functions.
