Job summary

Allianz Services in Portugal is seeking a Senior Data Privacy Expert to ensure regulatory compliance and lead privacy programs across the group. You will advise on processes, conduct PIAs/TIAs, and implement privacy controls for data protection.

The role involves handling data subject requests, breach notifications, training rollout, and monitoring control effectiveness, with a focus on GDPR, APS, and BCRs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, legal, or related discipline and 8+ years in data privacy or compliance.
• Strong GDPR knowledge and experience with risk analysis and controls design.
• Fluent English and ability to communicate compliance to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain privacy governance systems in line with GDPR, APS, and BCRs.
• Handle data subject requests and manage privacy incidents including breach notifications.
• Roll out Allianz Data Privacy trainings and awareness campaigns; monitor completion rates.
• Maintain Records of Processing Activities in OneTrust; initiate PIAs/TIAs.
• Support the full control lifecycle and prepare regular privacy reports for Management.
