Allianz Services Portugal is seeking a senior HR Business Partner to drive the local HR agenda and act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders. The role includes partial ownership of Talent Acquisition, collaborating with global HR partners to deliver pragmatic, compliant HR solutions.

We value fluency in English and Portuguese, strong stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of Portuguese labor law. The position offers a hybrid model and international mobility opportunities within Allianz.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years HR experience with 6–8 years in a senior HR Business Partner role.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization or GBS/shared services.
• Strong communication, discretion and stakeholder influencing skills.

Aufgaben

• Advise senior leaders and managers on HR topics, processes and tools.
• Lead the local HR agenda and translate strategy into local solutions.
• Co-own Talent Acquisition for Portugal and collaborate with the COE.
• Partner with Centers of Expertise on performance and talent cycles.
• Ensure rewards, grading, development planning, and annual reviews are accurate.
• Support HR change initiatives and group-wide projects in Portugal.
