Teya, a fintech company building a European finance platform for local businesses, seeks a Global Head of Shared Services to lead its Finance Shared Services across eight European countries from Lisbon/Porto. You will drive operational excellence, standardise processes, and design the future Target Operating Model.

You will oversee AP, AR, GL, Payroll and Finance Systems, ensure strong controls, and collaborate with HR, Legal and country leadership to deliver a centralized, efficient service.

Qualificações

• Significant leadership experience running Finance Shared Services or multi-country operations.
• Strong expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll and Finance Systems.
• Proven track record designing, building or implementing a Shared Services Centre.
• Experience working across multiple European jurisdictions and in fintech/ payments environments is highly desirable.
• Strong controls, governance and compliance experience; change management capability.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of AP, AR, GL, Payroll and Finance Systems across eight European markets.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant finance operations with strong internal controls.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes with Group Finance.
• Own service delivery, SLAs and stakeholder relationships across countries.
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and service excellence.
• Maintain robust controls and audit readiness; manage Shared Services budget and cost-to-serve.
• Lead the design and migration of a centralized Shared Services Centre; governance and operating model.
