Hexa Group in Porto, Portugal, seeks an executive leader to head the HR Shared Services arm within our Global Business Services center. You will spearhead strategic delivery and expansion while guiding the transition of complex HR processes into the hub.

The role demands proven senior leadership across GBS/SSC, change management, budget oversight, and data-driven HR technology initiatives across international entities.

Qualificações

• Senior leadership experience in a GBS/SSC environment, leading HR operations.
• Extensive hands-on experience migrating HR activities into a hub and designing AS-IS to TO-BE frameworks.
• Strong budget management, resource optimization and cost-efficiency focus.
• Experience evaluating HR digital tools and using data analytics for enterprise insights.
• Governance and internal controls compliance in transformational shifts.
• Exceptional stakeholder management to build global networks and drive continuous improvement across nationalities.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic direction of the HR Shared Service arm, delivering efficient HR processing, business partnering and performance management.
• Migration & Transformation: Oversee full lifecycle migrations into the hub, mapping AS-IS to TO-BE and leading enterprise-wide process changes.
• Operational & Financial Efficiency: Lead team and budgets, simplify processes, standardize regional workflows and leverage analytics.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate with global entities, regions, clients, internal stakeholders and vendors for optimal service delivery.
• Talent & Technology Development: Drive people retention, talent utilization and HR tech evaluation aligned with business needs.
