Job summary

Allianz Services Portugal is seeking a senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and line managers across the Portugal unit. The role involves driving the full HR agenda and partial ownership of Talent Acquisition, collaborating with Global HR and Centers of Expertise.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential, with a proven track record in matrixed environments, change management, and HR policy implementation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience, including 6-8 years as a senior HR Business Partner in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers in Allianz Services Portugal on HR topics.
• Lead and shape the local HR agenda, translate global strategy into local solutions, manage complex employee relations and liaise with legal counsel as needed.
• Take partial ownership of Talent Acquisition for Portugal: manage senior hiring end-to-end and partner with central Recruiting Center of Expertise.
