Job summary

Deel is seeking a Director of Paid Marketing to lead all paid acquisition and media for a global SaaS platform. You will own a budget of over $120M annually and oversee a team of 11 across four sub-functions: paid social, paid search, ABM, and offline channels.

In this role you will drive both B2B customer growth and pipeline ROI, partner with brand, product marketing, RevOps and growth engineering, and shape an AI-forward approach to campaign management and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years in paid marketing with 2+ years leading in-house teams.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns at scale.
• Experience in B2B SaaS preferred; cross-functional collaboration.
