Deel is seeking a highly experienced Staff Product Designer, Growth to shape the future of our growth-focused products. You will lead design initiatives across growth projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and measurable user experience.

Qualificações

• Experience leading growth-focused product design initiatives and driving measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to mentor designers and lead design practice within cross-functional teams.
• Strong UI/UX and visual design skills with advanced prototyping techniques.
• Familiarity with data-informed design, experimentation, and A/B testing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Growth Design Initiatives across multiple growth projects aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data analysts, and marketing to test and iterate growth hypotheses.
• Partner with Deel UI to drive design system strategy and scale Growth-specific needs.
• Design, prototype, and run rapid experiments using data insights to improve journeys.
• Mentor Product Designers and lead design rituals to improve team efficiency.
