Job summary

Deel leads the world in payroll and HR solutions for global teams, delivering seamless processes across 150+ countries. We are seeking a Director of Paid Marketing to own the strategy, budget, and performance engine that drives pipeline for multiple regions and segments.

You will lead a team of 11 across four sub-functions, shaping paid social, search, ABM, and sponsorship programs while expanding AI-enabled workflows and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years in paid marketing, with at least 2 years running in-house programs at significant scale (not agency-side).
• 2+ years managing a team.
• Deep hands-on expertise in paid social — Meta as anchor channel; adapt for B2B vs B2C.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across paid social, paid search, programmatic, sponsorships, OOH, and ABM.
• Manage a $120M+ annual media budget and optimize ROI at scale.
• Lead a team of 11 across four sub-functions: paid social, paid search, ABM, offline & sponsorships.
• Collaborate with brand, product marketing, regional marketing, RevOps, and growth engineering.
• Drive AI adoption for campaign management, creative iteration, and performance reporting.
• Set direction and mentor direct reports to raise the team’s impact.
