Deel seeks a Staff Product Designer, Growth to shape product design across growth initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost activation, engagement, retention, and monetization. You will lead design efforts, champion the design system, and leverage motion for growth-ready experiences.

You will mentor designers, conduct rapid prototyping, and run A/B tests to validate ideas with data-driven insights, shaping AI-powered and onboarding features for scalable impact.

• Mentor Product Designers and grow design practice within the team.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing to test and iterate growth hypotheses.
