Seven O Five invites applications for a Restaurant Service professional to join the Porto hotel's expanding team. You will help deliver excellence, authenticity, and attentive service to guests from first welcome to last goodbye.

Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, preparing service stations, welcoming guests, presenting menus, clearing and resetting tables, maintaining hygiene, and supporting stock control. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• Professional qualification in Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Proficiency in food and beverage management and restaurant-related software applications.
• Good knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations and customer service.

Mansioni

• Set up service equipment and dining areas, check stock and ensure proper conditions.
• Prepare dining areas and tables for meals, service stations and trolleys.
• Welcome guests, present the menu, and explain dishes and beverages.
• Clear and reset tables after each guest, collect utensils, and reset for the next service.
• Maintain hygiene of utensils and equipment per health and safety standards.
• Assist with stock control and report shortages.
