Canaan Hub in Montijo is seeking a dynamic Junior-Mid Community Manager to be the face of the brand, creating engaging stories, reels and trends.
You will own the monthly content calendar, coordinate on-site activations, collaborate with travel influencers, manage daily engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google reviews, and report performance to leadership.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; experience in hospitality is a plus.
Qualificações
- 3 years of experience in Community Management, Content Creation, or Social Media Marketing.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese mandatory.
- Strong mobile video capture and editing skills (CapCut, InShot or similar).
- Ability to own and execute a monthly content calendar with minimal guidance.
Responsabilidades
- Dynamic video production and shortform content for social media (Reels, TikToks).
- Own the monthly content calendar and execute it with guidance from management.
- Plan, promote and host on-site activations and community events.
- Identify, pitch and host travel influencers and content creators.
- Manage daily engagement across social channels and respond in an authentic, friendly tone.
- Provide performance updates and suggest creative tweaks to boost brand presence.
