Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Porto is seeking a Receptionist to welcome guests, manage the check-in/check-out process, and ensure an exceptional stay aligned with our brand standards. You will handle room allocations, respond to guest inquiries, and promote hotel services and promotions.

The role requires strong English, fluency in the local language, and multitasking abilities across the front office, dining, and guest services.

Qualificações

• Experience in Front Office in a hotel.
• Degree in Hotel Management.
• Fluency in local language and high level of English.
• Experience with hotel software (MS Office, Front Office systems).

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and complete the check-in for all guests and groups.
• Manage room allocation considering guest characteristics.
• Inform and assist front office and other departments with guest requests.
• Display knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and events.
• Upsell DISCOVERY loyalty program and other services.
• Handle incoming guest room reservations and provide city information.
• Oversee night shift activities including invoicing and night audit reports.
