Hilton Lisboa is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the front-line team, ensuring spotless guest rooms, impeccable public spaces, and consistent quality aligned with Hilton's hospitality standards.

In this role you will train and schedule staff, perform regular room inspections, coordinate maintenance needs, oversee deep-clean projects, manage supplies, and help deliver memorable experiences for every guest, including VIPs.

• Oversee special projects: Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives
• Manage inventory and equipment: Maintain stock levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment
• Delight our guests: Ensure excellent service, including VIP and special guest requests
