Anónimo is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the welcoming face of our residence. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, handle inquiries and direct concerns to the appropriate teams to ensure a high standard of service.

As part of a busy front desk, you will coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and administration, process documents and payments, and help maintain secure access. A positive team spirit and proactive communication are essential for delivering outstanding customer

Qualificações

• Experience in guest reception and handling inquiries.
• Ability to manage check-in/check-out smoothly.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable team player with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day running of the reception, being the first point of contact for any client queries or complaints.
• Build rapport with residents and resolve complaints/issues quickly.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out of students.
• Ensure all documents and payments are received before arrival and rooms are ready.
